How it works

  1. Open a job post

    Copilot reads the title, the description, and any subject line or apply points the employer asks for.

  2. Click Apply

    The job post stays open in a panel beside the form. The subject line and apply points are already filled in.

  3. Write your message, or ask for a draft

    Click Generate message and Copilot writes one from your resume and this job post. Each draft uses 1 of your 30 for the month, and nothing is used until you click.

  4. Send it

    When OnlineJobs.ph confirms your application went through, Copilot marks the job Applied in your tracker.

The apply page right after you click Apply. OnlineJobs.ph's own notice says to follow the job post's instructions, and Copilot has already filled in the subject and apply points this one asked for.

Drafts that stick to what's on your resume

Upload your resume once, as a PDF, Word file or text file. Copilot reads it into a short profile you can check in the extension: your roles, skills, tools and certifications.

When you ask for a draft, Copilot compares that profile with the job post and leads with the skills the employer asked for. It's instructed not to invent employers, numbers or certifications, because you'll be asked about them in the interview.

Read the draft before you send it. It goes into the message box, and you can change anything.

A tracker that fills itself in

Every job post you open is saved to a list in the extension. It moves to Applied when OnlineJobs.ph confirms your application, and you can mark it Interviewing, Offer or Rejected.

If you applied from another computer, or before you installed Copilot, it picks that up from the job post's Applied button, with the date you applied.

What it costs

Nothing. You get 30 message drafts every 30 days, and the extension shows how many you have left. No card needed.

The job post panel, subject line, apply points and tracker have no limit, and keep working when your drafts run out. A paid plan with more drafts is planned for people who apply all day.

What happens to your resume

Your resume and tracker are kept in your browser's storage. Your resume leaves your computer at two moments: when you upload it, so it can be read into a profile, and when you click Generate message, along with the job post.

Both pass through our server to Google's Gemini model and aren't kept afterwards. Your account is an email address, used to sign in and count your drafts. Copilot never asks for your OnlineJobs.ph password. Read the privacy policy.

Questions

Does it send applications for me?
No. It fills in fields, and writes a draft when you ask for one. You read it, change what you like, and click Send yourself.
Can employers tell I used it?
The message is plain text in OnlineJobs.ph's own form, the same as anything you type. What employers do notice is a message that could have been sent to any job. Read the draft and add something only you would say.
What happens when I use up my 30 drafts?
Everything else keeps working: the job post panel, the subject line, apply points and tracker. Your drafts come back when the 30-day cycle resets, and you can always write the message yourself.
Which resume files can it read?
PDF, Word (.docx) and plain text. A scanned resume, where the PDF is really a photo of the page, can't be read. Export it from Word or Google Docs as a PDF instead.
Does it work on Upwork, LinkedIn or other job sites?
No, only OnlineJobs.ph. It's built around that site's job posts and apply form.
Is it made by OnlineJobs.ph?
No. OLJ Copilot is an independent tool made by a Filipino remote worker. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by OnlineJobs.ph.
Something stopped working. What should I do?
OnlineJobs.ph sometimes changes its pages, which can break parts of the extension. with a link to the job post, and we'll look into it. The same form takes feature requests.
